Japan Post has suspended accepting EMS parcels to the United States from August 27, 2025, due to changes in U.S. customs regulations.
The announcement was released on August 25.
PetWORKs Store Global will ship orders to the United States by DHL.
DHL shipping fees are higher than EMS and increase according to weight and size, so we have no choice but to raise the shipping charges for customers. We are currently updating the shipping settings.
