Regarding Use of Forwarding Companies (Outside Japan)

Some customers use forwarding companies outside Japan to receive our shipments.
Please note that PetWORKs' responsibility ends once the parcel is shipped from PetWORKs.
Any problems after shipment — such as loss, damage, customs issues, or return due to unpaid import tax — must be handled between you and the forwarding company.
We cannot resend or refund in such cases.

Orders addressed to forwarding companies in China will be canceled due to our past experiences with returned shipments and complicated customs procedures.
PetWORKs also reserves the right to cancel orders addressed to forwarding companies that we consider problematic.
