PetWORKs Store Global will suspend order shipments and all customer services during the following period:

We will accept orders and emails during the specified period; however, we will not be able to respond to emails or ship products during this time.
All replies and shipments will be sent after October 9, 2025.

Your order will be shipped via EMS or DHL within 20 business days from the date of order. Business days are based on PetWORKs' calendar above.
"Shopify Payment" and "PayPal" are available.
Credit card payments are available through Shopify Payment or PayPal.
Payments are in Japanese Yen only.
Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery area.

No choice of delivery method is available.
If you receive any defective items, please contact us within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Global store items cannot be shipped to addresses in Japan. For domestic deliveries please visit "PetWORKs Store (in Japanese)."
