PetWORKs Store Global will suspend order shipments and all customer services during the following period:
September 26 - October 1, 2024
We will still accept orders and emails during the above period, but we will not be able to reply to emails or ship products.
All the replies and the shipments will be after October 2, 2024.
The following emails sent by the system will be provided as usual.

You will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days of your order.
Within 20 business days of the date of the confirmation email, your order will be dispatched by EMS or DHL.
"Shopify Payment" and "PayPal" are available.
Credit card payments are available through Shopify Payment or PayPal.
Payments are in Japanese Yen only.
Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery area.

If you receive any defective items, please contact us within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Global store items cannot be shipped to addresses in Japan. For domestic deliveries please visit "PetWORKs Store (in Japanese)."
