Availability of stock
Since we share inventory with our other shops, the items you order might turn out to be out of stock.
In that case, we will inform you and give you a full refund.

Put "the receiver's name and address" in English.
Non-English characters are NOT available for the system to print EMS bills.
It takes several weeks (up to 30 days) before shipping.

Shipping Methods:
Express deliveries are done using EMS or DHL, depending on the order and delivery address.
No choice of delivery method is available.

Cancel Policy:
- For cancellation, a refund fee of "about 4.2% of your payment total" (the actual payment fee we paid when receiving your payment) will be charged and taken from the refunding total.
- Cancellations for the ordinary items must be received within 12 hours after your order.
- We do not accept cancellation after we pack your order, even within 12 hours after your order.
