The shipping fee to the U.S. has changed to a weight-based system.
The shipping fee will be calculated automatically during checkout.
Please note that in some cases, the shipping fee may be cheaper when placing multiple smaller orders rather than one large order.
Japan Post has suspended accepting EMS parcels to the United States from August 27, 2025, due to changes in U.S. customs regulations.
Until EMS service resumes, PetWORKs Store Global will ship orders to the U.S. via DHL.
Since DHL shipping fees are higher than EMS and increase depending on weight and size, we regret that we must raise the shipping charges for our customers. PetWORKs will cover part of the cost, but shipping fees will still be higher than before.
